We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with at least 4 years of proven expertise in driving organic traffic, improving search visibility, and enhancing online presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both on-page and off-page SEO, content optimization, and performance tracking.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical and analytical skills, who can work closely with content creators, marketing teams, and developers to achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
- Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Optimize website structure, content, landing pages, and other key elements for on-page SEO.
- Manage off-page SEO activities including link-building and outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-driven content creation and optimization.
- Conduct technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl issues, indexing).
- Track, analyze, and report on website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and propose strategies to stay ahead.
- Work cross-functionally with design, product, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results in ranking improvements and traffic growth.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for technical SEO adjustments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of international SEO (multi-language / multi-region).
- Experience with schema markup, structured data, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Familiarity with content marketing, social media, and PPC campaigns for integrated strategies.
