Your Responsibilities
Close High-Value Deals

Take ownership of international sales projects and contract negotiations with deal volumes reaching millions of euros.

C-Level Negotiations

Lead strategic discussions with senior executives and build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.

Drive International Expansion

Identify and develop new markets while actively shaping global sales strategies.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop your sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Strategic Growth

Identify revenue opportunities, optimize sales processes, and contribute to the scalable growth of the business.


Your Profile
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of successfully closing complex deals
  • University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
  • Native-level German (C2) and confidence when engaging with senior decision-makers
  • Strong negotiation skills, empathy, and the ability to navigate complex decision-making processes
  • High level of self-motivation, goal orientation, and willingness to take ownership
