Your Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
- Management and optimization of fast-closing processes to ensure timely reporting
- Use of DATEV and LucaNet for accounting, consolidation, and financial analysis
- Analysis and commentary on financial key figures, working closely with management
- Ensuring structured, accurate, and timely financial reporting
- Supporting projects related to accounting and financial process improvements
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting/Finance, or a commercial qualification with further certification (e.g., Certified Accountant IHK)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (HGB and/or IFRS)
- Proficiency in DATEV and experience with LucaNet
- Experience with fast-closing processes and timely preparation of financial statements
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
- Team-oriented, reliable, and strong communication skills
- Professional proficiency in German (minimum C1 level)
