- GDPR Projects: Support the creation and maintenance of data protection projects
- Documentation & Processes: Assist in documenting processes and policies (e.g., within the ISMS framework)
- Data Structuring & Maintenance: Maintain and structure directories and overviews (e.g., records of processing activities, data categories)
- Analysis: Prepare and analyze compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Audits: Support internal audits and control activities
- Document Management: Update policies, templates, and documentation
- Implementation: Assist in implementing data protection measures and handling related requests across the organization
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (e.g., Business Law, Business Administration, Information Systems, Law, or a related field)
- Strong interest in compliance, data protection, and information security
- Highly structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style
- High level of reliability and accuracy when handling data and documentation
- Strong analytical skills and process understanding
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Fluent in German and good command of English
- Responsibility from day one: Active involvement in real compliance projects
