Project Analysis
Analyze research and development projects from our clients across industries such as IT, engineering, and technology
Understand technical concepts and translate them into structured documentation
Funding Management
Prepare and structure technical content and commercial data for funding applications
Ensure compliance with funding requirements and submission guidelines
Project Coordination
Manage multiple projects independently and in parallel
Ensure deadlines, completeness, and high-quality submissions
Client Communication
Clarify technical questions with clients
Coordinate relevant project information and ensure alignment
System Documentation
Maintain accurate project documentation and data within internal systems
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar)
Strong analytical and structured way of working
Technical understanding and the ability to present complex topics clearly
High level of ownership and organizational skills
Confident use of digital tools and documentation systems
Very good German skills (minimum C1) and good English skills
