Who Are We Looking For?
Structured: You work carefully and maintain an overview even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Organized: You coordinate appointments reliably and efficiently.
Responsible: You handle data and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
Communicative: Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
Initial experience in an administrative role is an advantage, but not required.
Maintain and update case and client data in our internal systems
Ensure structured documentation and monitor deadlines
Coordinate appointments with clients and internal teams
Support the Case Management team in day-to-day operations
