At innoscripta, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager who combines outstanding sales expertise with strong leadership capabilities. In this role, you will take full responsibility for a significant revenue portfolio, lead and develop a team of top-performing sales professionals, and actively contribute to our international expansion.
This position is designed for proven sales leaders who have already managed annual revenues of at least €1 million+ and successfully led teams of 5 or more sales professionals.

Take full responsibility for a substantial revenue portfolio and drive sustainable growth across your market and customer segments.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of at least five sales professionals while fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and performance.
Lead complex negotiations with C-level executives and key stakeholders, managing long sales cycles and high-value contracts.
Identify new business opportunities, develop market expansion strategies, and actively contribute to innoscripta's international scaling efforts.
Optimize sales processes, establish best practices, and create scalable structures that enable long-term growth.
Identify top talent within your team and actively support their professional development into future leadership positions.
- 7–10+ years of successful B2B sales experience
- Proven experience managing an annual revenue responsibility of at least €1 million
- At least 3 years of leadership experience with direct responsibility for a team of 5 or more employees
- Demonstrated success in closing complex enterprise-level deals
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on execution mindset
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills at C-level
- University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
- Native-level German (C2) and strong business English skills
