Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma and Sketch.
Develop and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across products.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements
2–5 years of professional experience in product design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles and design processes.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with global teams.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS).
Familiarity with motion design or illustration is a plus.
