- Independently manage and assess legal matters relevant to the business while providing practical legal advice to internal stakeholders across various departments.
- Support the preparation of annual and interim financial statements in close collaboration with external tax advisors and auditors.
- Take ownership of receivables management, including the legal assessment, review, and support of debt collection processes.
- Implement, further develop, and monitor compliance with data protection and corporate compliance policies.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and coordinate with external legal advisors and service providers where required.
- Successfully completed a law degree (First State Examination), a degree in Business Law, or a comparable legal qualification.
- At least two years of professional experience in a legal or corporate legal environment.
- Native-level German language proficiency (C2), both written and spoken.
- Solid knowledge of the GDPR and a strong interest in data protection issues related to software, cloud services, and AI applications.
- Initial experience in contract drafting, review, and contract management is an advantage.
- Strong technical affinity and interest in digital business models.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- Experience with Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
- Knowledge of SaaS, software licensing, or IT law.
- Exposure to AI-related privacy and data protection matters.
