Entries are time-stamped at creation and locked after a configurable grace period (typically 7 days); later edits are kept as audit-trail amendments with reason codes, so the original entry stays intact. Auto-start/stop rules remove manual logging for routine work, so the evidence is built in real time rather than reconstructed.
Break violations, overtime thresholds and deductions are calculated automatically per jurisdiction, with real-time warnings as limits are approached, so the claim never carries hours that conflict with local labor law.
Every action (submit, approve, reject, edit) is captured with author, timestamp and reason; the audit log is immutable and exports alongside the timesheet as a single PDF or JSON package. Clusterix does not run payroll, but connectors hand approved hours to your payroll and HR systems, with R&D-eligible hours flagged separately so finance can split them out for the claim.
