With your meticulous and structured way of working, you play a key role in enabling our Case Managers to handle their projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards. In this role, you serve as an important link between clients, internal teams, and our internal systems.

Your Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer, project, and case data in our internal systems
- Coordinate and organize client appointments while tracking outstanding tasks and follow-ups
- Request and follow up on missing information and documentation from clients
- Review incoming documents for completeness and quality, ensuring accurate and reliable data records
- Communicate proactively with clients to obtain missing data and documentation within required deadlines
- Monitor relevant deadlines and ensure a structured administrative project workflow
- Support the Case Management team with day-to-day organizational and administrative tasks
- Document and maintain all relevant information in our internal systems
Your Profile
- Completed commercial/business qualification (e.g., Business Administration Assistant, Office Management Assistant, Industrial Management Assistant, or a comparable qualification)
- Ideally 1–4 years of professional experience in an administrative or organizational role
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of customer and service orientation
- Excellent German language skills (C2), both written and spoken, as well as strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
